Crane Systems
Types Of Cranes We Offer

At Levate Solutions, we focus on delivering crane systems that meet your needs - whether you're looking for standard overhead cranes or fully customised lifting solutions. Our expert team works closely with you to design and manufacture equipment that fits your exact specifications, ensuring optimum performance, reliability, and safety. Below are just a few examples of the cranes we've built for our customers.

Standard Overhead
Offering a versatile lifting solution, this crane is ideal for general manufacturing, warehousing, and fabrication. It covers large working areas with smooth bridge and trolley travel, and can be completely customisable to offer various load ratings and spans in line with specific site needs.

Jib Cranes
Being compact and efficient, this crane is ideal for localised lifting tasks and workstations. With 360 degree or limited rotation, it offers flexibility in handling components within a defined radius. It can be freestanding or wall-mounted making it highly adaptable for space and structural constraints, and a simple installation means there is minimal disruption to operations.

Light track
Lightweight and modular, this is designed for easy configuration and expansion. Its smooth manual or powered travel is ideal for repetitive tasks in assembly or packaging lines, whilst high precision handling reduces strain and enhances operator control. It comes in either a freestanding or suspended option, offering flexible integration into existing facilities.

Double Girder
Its heavy-duty performance enables this equipment to efficiently handle large capacities and long spans. The maximised hook height means it can lift higher between the girders for optimal use of space, and being strong and stable, it’s ideal for demanding industrial environments and continuous operation, and can be tailored to specific lifting and travel requirements.

Pantograph Cranes
Designed for extended reach with telescopic or scissor-like arms, this crane offers flexible vertical travel. A compact footprint optimises space in height-restricted areas, and precision elevation maintains load balance and stability across varying heights. It’s suited for maintenance, access, or confined lifting operations.

Tandem Cranes
The synchronised dual lifting operation of two cranes enables enhanced safe handling of oversized or heavy loads, preventing twisting and unbalanced lifting during complex manoeuvres. Advanced control systems enable precise movement and positioning of large components, making this set up ideal for shipbuilding, wind energy and infrastructure projects.

Monorail Systems
A linear lifting path provides efficient transportation of loads along a fixed route, with a space saving design that is mounted to ceilings or structures to maximise floor space. The simplified design with fewer components means maintenance is kept to a minimum, and curves and switches are fully customisable for adaptability to complex facility layouts.

KBK Cranes (Modular Crane Systems)
Highly modular and scalable, these easy to configure systems incorporate lightweight aluminium or steel rails offering smooth, low-resistance movement - and are quickly adaptable as operational needs change. Ideal for ergonomic workstations, offering reduced strain and improved productivity, its installation is quick and easy to ensure minimal disruption to workflow during initial set up or expansion.
